I can't believe my little boy is growing up. He started Grade one on August 25th and is loving it so far. He especially likes that he is only going 1/2 days right now. His school is under construction so they have to do 1/2 days in order to accommodate all of the kids. His teacher is Mrs. McIntosh. She is a Grandma so she has a wealth of experience with kids. Nicholas enjoys being in her class.
I also started school on August 25th. Well I actually started working at Nick's school as a teacher's aide in the Pre-K afternoon class. It has been so much fun. I love running into Nicholas on the playground. He always comes up to me and gives me a hug and says I Love You. I wonder how much longer that is going to last. The only thing I don't like about my job is being on the playground in 105 degree weather. I can't wait until it cools down.

Your blog looks so good!!!! I am so glad you are blogging now. I love this picture of Nick. He is so funny. Alyssa is at Legacy. She is in Mrs Bennetts class. So far she really likes it. Who is Nicks teacher? Is he enjoying it?
Thank you for sending an update of your family. Belated happy birthday to you Glad you are having fun with Nick at school, thats the best way to be. If you teach them while he is young, he will never be embarassed to say "I love you mom" in public
